Announcements

  • Damage is repaired. You may need to power cycle your router and/or computer equipment to connect again.

There is one remaining open issue - one transmitter / sector has intermittent connectivity and we discovered why tonight - there is water in the cable running to the sector.  This cable will most likely need to be replaced and we will try to do that within 28-48 hours.  This problem started prior to the lightning strike on Saturday so if you had intermiddent connectivity prior to Saturday this is likely your sector.  It should only affect 6 to 8 people.

  • There are issues with our Blounty County service after the storms went through.  We are reviewing and will either post an ETA or get it fixed ASAP.

    [ 6/15/2016 @ 10:00 pm ]

Update:  Most sites should be back online as of late this afternoon.  The storm actually created several issues on our neighboring Cyber Broadband network which feeds Advanced Broadband - those issues had to be resolved first.  There is still an issue with the radio that feeds Cullman County County Road 6.  We'll address that tomorrow.

    [ 6/15/16 @ 10:47 pm ]

Update:  All repairs should now be complete.
